PLEASE NOTE: Increased Production Times Due to the COVID-19 pandemic
Due to the current situation with regard to Covid-19, my fulfillment vendor, Graphik Dimensions, is experiencing an increase in production times. Not only do the extra deep-cleaning and sanitizing measures take time away from their printing process, but they are also experiencing an incredibly high volume of orders. Furthermore, if an employee gets infected, they must immediately quarantine which puts the fulfillment vendor in a tough position as they cannot just immediately fill or replace what that employee did. Current Estimated Production Time is 10 business days
(normal 5 bus. day production + 5 bus. days delay).
What are my options for framing?
1. Order just the print and have a it framed at a frame shop near you.
2 Choose a 2" , 3" or 4" matted print. Your print will arrive with a white mat attached and ready for you to have framed.
3. If you choose to have your print shipped to you custom framed and ready hang, you will want to select a matted frame. I have partnered with Graphik Dimensions, who has a large selection of frame choices, which are available for you to choose from after you select your print. Your framed prints will be delivered ready to display with hanging hardware attached. Selecting framed art is very personal. I don't see the size I want on your site. Is it possible to get a larger print?

How do I use your website, make selections for framing, sizes etc, and see how my selections would look like on a wall?
What is your shipping Policy?
Prints are shipped directly from the print lab, Graphik Dimensions. Shipping dates will range from 1-7 business days, depending on distance and shipping style selected. Customers will receive a tracking number via email as soon as their order has shipped.

Our team is diligently working to get orders out. We are working as efficiently as possible while following required guidelines to ensure the safety of our workers. Do you ship internationally?
YES! I've partnered with Graphik Dimensions for many reasons. One BIG reason is, they offer a flat rate for International Shipping. Here's an example: a 13x18'/30x45cm fine art print shipped to Canada or Europe would cost approximately $10-12!
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
Graphik Dimensions will accept most returns when an art print has been damaged during shipping. Please email photos of the damaged package and print to pam@pamphillipsphotography.com , so that I can make sure the problem is solved.

What if I don't like the print?
I understand that it's difficult to order online and if for any reason, it is just not what you expected, I will give you your money back. Please send the print back to me, if possible in the original packaging and I will refund you. If you don't want to be reimbursed, but would prefer to select a different art print from my online collection, I will be happy to send it to you free of charge.
